Our authentication team has two key advantages.
The first is extensive knowledge and experience. In authentication, accumulated experience is one of the most important factors. Every authenticator at Maxuria has more than 10 years of experience and has previously worked at leading authentication institutions or luxury companies. Our Chief Authenticator alone has authenticated more than 200,000 luxury items.
The second is continuously updated authentication knowledge. In addition to being highly experienced, our authentication team closely monitors the latest developments in counterfeit products and continuously updates our internal database of counterfeit manufacturing techniques. This allows our expertise to remain at the forefront of the industry.
In addition to having a highly skilled authentication team, we have also established a rigorous process to ensure that no authentication errors occur due to operational or management oversights. At Maxuria, every item goes through three separate authentication stages:
Intake Authentication
Before we purchase an item or accept it on consignment, it undergoes an authentication review. Only items that pass authentication are accepted for purchase or consignment.
Senior Authenticator Review
After intake, every item is reviewed again by a senior authenticator before it can be listed for sale.
After-Sale Authentication
After an item is sold, our authenticators conduct a final review of both the item and its accessories before shipment, ensuring everything is correct before it reaches the customer.

We have tremendous confidence in our authentication capabilities. That is why we introduced our groundbreaking 3x Money-back Guarantee.
While most luxury resale businesses only offer a refund if an item is found to be counterfeit, Maxuria will compensate customers three times the item's selling price if any item purchased from us is proven to be counterfeit.

* Please note that Chrome Hearts is excluded from the 3x Money-Back Guarantee and is only eligible for the standard Money-Back Guarantee. Due to the lack of a consistent industry standard for Chrome Hearts authentication and the potential for differing opinions among authenticators, we limit coverage to our standard Money-Back Guarantee to help minimize disputes and ensure a fair and reliable customer experience. Once the authentication ecosystem becomes more established and reliable, we plan to extend our 3× Money-Back Authenticity Guarantee to Chrome Hearts as well, and will announce the policy update accordingly.
Every order includes a free third-party Certificate of Authenticity
Although Maxuria has one of the world’s leading authentication teams, we understand that many customers may be shopping with Maxuria for the first time. To provide additional peace of mind and help facilitate future resale, we include a complimentary third-party Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with every item.
We use the authentication services of three third-party authentication providers: Entrupy, Legitmark, and LegitApp. As a result, every item will come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) issued by one of them.
* At present, there is no reliable third-party authentication provider for Chrome Hearts. As a result, we are unable to provide a third-party Certificate of Authenticity for Chrome Hearts items. If a widely recognized and authoritative third-party authentication service becomes available in the future, we will begin offering third-party certificates as well.
