How do you ensure your products are authentic?

All our products are authenticated by our in-house expert with over 10 years of experience in authentication. Additionally, we provide free third-party authentication (valued under $50) to give our customers complete confidence in their purchases. In the very unlikely event that a counterfeit is found, we offer a lifetime return policy.

How do you define your condition?

Brand New: Completely new, never used, no noticeable flaws, hardware fully covered, manufactured within the past three years. Unused: Never used, no noticeable flaws, no signs of use. Pristine: No obvious flaws, no obvious signs of use, might have very slight storage marks. Excellent: Slight imperfections like fine hardware scratches or minor corner scuffs, minimal signs of use. Great: Visible imperfections like light hardware scratches or corner scuffs, shows normal signs of use. Good: Visible flaws, normal signs of use, may have received care or maintenance. Fair: Clearly visible flaws, noticeable signs of use, may have received care or maintenance. Worn: Obvious signs of use, aged appearance, may have received care or maintenance.

What if a product I love has already been sold?

We’re sorry to hear that! But don’t worry - you can still find your desired product through our “Wishlist” or “Sourcing” services.

  • Wishlist: Fill out a form to let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll notify you when it becomes available.
  • Sourcing: For product sourcing, we will actively search our network to find your desired product. Before we begin, you’ll need to pay a deposit (usually 20% of the total value), which becomes non-refundable once the order is placed. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
What is the “Wishlist” service?

To create a wish list, you can fill out a form to let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll notify you when it becomes available.

What is the “Product Sourcing” service?

For product sourcing, we will actively search our network to find your desired product. Before we begin, you’ll need to pay a deposit (usually 20% of the total value), which becomes non-refundable once the order is placed. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes! We offer two payment options:

  • Shop Pay Installments: Available through Shopify's native payment solution.
  • Reserve Layaway: Pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your product, and pay the remaining balance within 2 weeks. If you need more time, contact us to discuss.
Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have a boutique in Shanghai, fully owned by our co-founder. We’re also planning to open a new physical store in the Bay Area soon. Stay tuned!
