FAQs

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Changes are only possible within 72 hours of placing your order. Once the item is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address. Please contact us at info@maxuria.com if you need to make changes.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We currently do not support multiple shipping addresses for a single order. To ship items to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
